Jake Jarman is a British artistic gymnast. He is best known for representing Great Britain in gymnastics at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
He was born on 3 December 2001 in Peterborough, England. Aged 22, he secured a unique feat by winning four gold medals in the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Jake Jarman is of British and Filipino ethnic roots. His parents are Tony and Ana Jarman. His paternal grandmother is Sheila Jarman.
Both of his parents loved sports as his father was a runner. Subsequently, his mother Ana, who is from Cebu City, was a swimmer.
His father Tony has been a corporate employee for over 40 years and currently works at Retirement Line as an Annuity Specialist per LinkedIn. He previously worked for companies such as AMP, BGL Group, Peterborough Motors, etc.
Personal Life
As a young hyper kid, Jarman was approached by a local coach and asked his grandmother to join him at a local gym. Through that suggestion, he began training in his hometown and was recommended to join a notable gymnastics club in Huntingdon.
He was admitted immediately after the taster session. After a while, he started training with Ben Howells, who remains his coach. He completed schooling at The Deepings School.
Jake is dating Georgia Dilley. She is a baker and sells cakes online through her Instagram handle @scrumptiouslysugarcoated.
Career
Jake Jarman got into gymnastics at age 6. After training for many years, he began his junior career in 2015 with his debut being at the 2015 Welsh Championships. He was placed third in all-around.
His first victory at the 2018 British Championships in the vault event. He was placed 2nd, 4th, and 7th in all-around, parallel bars, and horizontal bar respectively that tournament.
His senior debut was at the 2019 British Championships (U18) and secured gold in all-around. He was included as a reserve for the 2020 Olympics.
He made history at the 2022 Commonwealth Games by becoming the first male gymnast to win four medals in a single edition. That year, he also won gold medals in team and vault at the 2022 European Championships.
In 2024, he made his Olympic debut by being a part of the five-member team. He was placed 7th in all-around while his fellow team member Fraser was two places ahead in the same event.
