Personal Life

Koenig attended Michigan State University and graduated with a BFA in Theatre in 2009. During her time at MSU, she was mentored by Rob Roznowski and Kirk Domer.

She made her YouTube debut in September 2015 and shared a few short comedy skits. Though she no longer uploads skits on her channel, she wrote and appeared in skits on the channels of people such as Michael Harry and Brian Jordan Alvarez.

She is married. Her husband’s name is Chris Riggi. The couple got married on 10 June 2022. Riggi is an actor cum cinematographer with appearances in Gossip Girl, Adult World, Vampires Suck, and much more.

Career

Stephanie Koenig debuted in 2008 with the comedy TV show Tally Hall’s Internet Show. Three years later, she made cameo appearances in Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Pretend Time.

Over the next two years, she acted in Home Run Showdown and Highland Park respectively. In 2014, she acted in the roles of Samantha and Liz in The 4 to 9ers: The Day Crew and Down with David respectively.

That year, she also appeared in feature films Into the Storm and Burying the Ex. She debuted as a producer in 2016 by working as a consultant producer for one episode of the TV series Gay Skit Happens.

Additionally, she got her first credit as a writer with the web series The Movie in 2019. Between these years, she appeared as Eve in Swedish Dicks in nine episodes of its second season.

In 2021, she played the lead role of Bushilla Strasshola in A Spy Movie. Over the next couple of years, she acted as Andrea Eastman and Fran Frask in The Offer and Lessons in Chemistry respectively.

She played the lead role of Gwen Sanders alongside Brian Jordan Alvarez in the Hulu TV series English Teacher in 2024. Additionally, she was the writer and story editor of the series.
