Jordan L. Jones debuted in 2017 with a cameo role in Wisdom of the Crowd. That year, he played two more cameo roles in Future Man and NCIS: Los Angeles.

He appeared in a Marvel commercial alongside Michael Jordan in 2018. His other advert appearances include Axe. He secured the lead role of Nat in the TV series Rel.

He continued acting in movies and TV series but only appeared in cameo roles. Over the next years, he appeared in All Rise, Mainstream, The Rookie, Shameless, etc.

He confirmed a career-breaking role as Jazz in the peacock original TV series Bel-Air in 2022. Across three seasons, Jones appeared in this role in 23 episodes. The series also featured his real-life mother playing his mother’s role in an episode of the second season.
